Janey Melba Clancy (McGettigan) (nee Cumming)

Janey (known as mum or nan to most of us) passed away peacefully on the 23rd of May 2004.

Janey Melba Clancy Janey was a very special person, a gracious hostess, full of warmth, charm, humour, love, and generosity of spirit. She put people at ease immediately and was a wonderful friend to many. In addition to her children, she is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Janey was the quiet, but wise backbone of this trust, supporting Moira in her endeavours, and imparting her thoughts and knowledge with us all, and realistically without Janey's work, support and especially her love and caring for others, the Trust would not be where it is today, nor would we have the vision, strength and fortitude to continue forward.

Like most people, I will sorely miss Janey, but I am priviledged to have had my life touched with knowing her. Janey has left an indeliable mark on my life for which I will be eternally grateful.

We are all lucky to have a person watching over us in heaven like Janey. May she Rest in Peace.
