With A Little Help From My Friends

Book - "With a little help from my friends"
Author: Dr. Gavin Reid

Dr Gavin Reid is a senior lecturer in the Department of Educational Studies at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Previously and educational psychologist, he also has nine years teaching experience in schools.

Gavin is a member of the British Dyslexia Association Teacher Training Accreditation Board and has contributed to a number of BDA initiatives. He has spoken with parent associations throughout Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic, as well as many counties overseas, Hungary, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, America and New Zealand.

He is a director in the charity Dyslexia North West and Red Rose School for Dyslexic children in both Lancashire and England, a board member of the European Dyslexia Association. And is also the Overseas Patron along with Dr Jane Kirk, of the parent/child National support group "Learning & Behaviour Charitable Trust NZ".

"With a little help from my friends" was written as an introductory guide for parents who's children are outside the square, it has the ability of reassurance that the child has many untapped gifts, due to the inability of Educational Assessments that are a guide to the Left verses Right Brain sphere.

This book is very easy to read and gives an instant understanding for those who learn Outside the (normal) Square, I have the greatest pleasure and honours in having the exclusive rights to sell this wonderful educational and supportive tool in New Zealand.($25.00)
